5. The Interrupters

For episode 5, Checkered Past covers the biggest charting modern Ska band, The Interrupters! They cover the twinning origins of the band's songwriters, the pressure of being the standard bearers for a maligned genre and, yes, THAT controversy. Amidst the puns and jokes, Celine and Rob get into the nature of art vs. artist and what we should expect from the bands we listen to. It might be a more serious episode then normal, but you do get a sweet Mike Ness joke in the middle!
